Child Safety Standards

Lingying Zhilian (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Shadoze mobile application (the "Service"). We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This document sets out the standards we uphold to keep children safe and to prevent, detect, and respond to any such content or conduct on the Service.

1. Adults-Only Service

Shadoze is intended solely for users aged 18 and older. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we terminate the account and delete the associated data.

2. Prohibited Conduct and Content

The following are strictly prohibited on the Service and result in immediate action:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, text, AI-generated or computer-generated depictions.
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to sexualize, exploit, or endanger a minor.
• Sexual content involving, referencing, or depicting minors.
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM or contact information for the purpose of child exploitation.
• Any other conduct that sexualizes or endangers children.

3. How We Prevent and Detect CSAE

• Age restriction: The Service is enforced as 18+ at sign-up and throughout use.
• Moderation: User-generated content (profiles, chats, media) is subject to moderation, combining automated screening with human review of reported content.
• Enforcement: Accounts that violate these standards are suspended or permanently banned, and offending content is removed.
• Evidence preservation: Where CSAE is identified, we preserve relevant records as permitted or required by law to support reporting to authorities.

4. Reporting CSAE

Every user profile and chat in the app includes a Report and Block function. Anyone who encounters content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation should report it immediately:

• In-app: Use the Report option available on any profile or conversation.
• By email: Contact our child safety team at hi@shadoze.ai with the subject line "Child Safety Report".

All reports are reviewed promptly. We do not require reporters to identify themselves.

5. Our Response

When we identify or receive a report of CSAE, we:

• Remove the offending content and disable the responsible account.
• Preserve relevant evidence in accordance with applicable law.
• Report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate local law enforcement or authorities, as required by applicable law.
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

6. Legal Compliance

We address child sexual abuse and exploitation in compliance with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the Service is available, including obligations to report CSAM to relevant authorities such as NCMEC.

8. Changes to These Standards

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
